चुकंदर के फ़वाइद
एक मरतबा उम्मे मुन्ज़िर बिन्ते कैस रज़ि. के घर पर रसूलुल्लाह ﷺ के साथ हजरत अली भी खजूर खा रहे थे, तो रसूलुल्लाह ﷺ ने फर्माया: “ऐ अली ! बस करो, इस लिये के तुम अभी कमज़ोर हो।” उम्मे मुन्जिर का बयान है के मैंने उन के लिये चुकंदर और जौ का खाना तय्यार किया, तो रसूलुल्लाह ﷺ ने हज़रत अली रज़ि. से फर्माया ऐ अली! इस को खाओ, इस लिये के यह तुम्हारे लिये फायदेमंद है।
फायदा : चुकंदर और जौ कुव्वत बख्शते हैं और कमज़ोरी को दूर करते हैं।
