रसूलुल्लाह ﷺ ने फर्माया: “मेथी से शिफा हासिल करो।”

फायदा: मेथी का जोशांदा नज़ला, जुकाम को दूर करता है पुरानी खांसी, पेट के फोड़ों और फेफड़े की बीमारियों में बहुत नपत्र बख्श है, सीने में जमे हुए बलगम के लिए बेहद मुफीद है और कब्ज को दूर करता है।
